Track Your Order
Checking on your PokeChalet delivery? View your order status and any available shipment tracking securely through your order confirmation or customer account.
Check your order status
Sign in using the email address you used at checkout, then select your order to view its status and available tracking details.
Use your confirmation email
- Find your PokeChalet order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. Check your spam or junk folder if needed.
- Select the order-status link in the email, such as View your order, to open your secure order status page.
- If prompted, sign in or verify your order using your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
Shipping by Bubble Mailer
If your shipping information shows Bubble Mailer, delivery can take 6 to 8 weeks. Many Bubble Mailer orders ship without tracking, so a tracking number and live shipment updates may not be available.
If your Bubble Mailer order has not arrived after 8 weeks, contact PokeChalet with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can help.
When will tracking appear?
For tracked shipments, tracking becomes available on your order status page once a tracking number has been added. Carrier updates appear as the carrier processes and scans the package; a tracking number alone does not mean the package is already in transit.
Some shipping services do not include tracking. If your shipped order has no tracking number, live shipment updates may not be available. If your order ships in more than one package, check each shipment separately on your order status page.
